"I’ve seen a clear need during my time as an investment banker as well as a market niche for a dedicated exit readiness offering. Many businesses being put up for sale lack proper preparation, not only financially but also operationally and sometimes even strategically.

Hence many issues arise during the due diligence phase that could have been anticipated and prepared for beforehand. This is both true for a sale as well as an IPO.

A clear understanding of historical financials including the recurring financial performance, an ambitious but achievable business plan tying into the equity story as well as the most critical due diligence items early identified and prepared for are strong value drivers in any exit process.

We from Westend Corporate Finance partner with management in the exit readiness phase. We’re both sparring partner but also provide hands-on support. Together we aim to achieve value creation both in terms of exit valuation and process considerations."
